Q: How will I know that you have my order?
A: GATEWAY will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and notify you of your order number. Please keep this order number in a safe place - just in case you need to check its status.
Your order will be integrated into our existing automated sales order process system and dispatched from our main house at SIN EL FIL. Once your order has been invoiced, you will receive a second email to advise that the order is en route. If an item is unavailable, you will be advised in this email.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: GATEWAY currently accepts payment on delivery for Lebanon and Payment via gateway by Bank Audi for Visa, MasterCard payment for domestic and international.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: At GATEWAY we endeavor to get your products to you as fast as possible. 
Once your order is received before 3 pm from Monday to Friday, we will prepare your order same day and send it the same day or the next working day.
For local orders, delivery takes 1 working days and for international between 1 to 5 working days with DHL.

Q: Is there a minimum per order? Can I purchase less than that minimum?

A: Yes, there is only $US 5 minimum per order (excluding shipping cost)

Q: I purchased a product from you before, but I can't find it now, do you still carry it?

A: If you use the search option with the accurate product code and you can't find a product you purchased from us earlier, it is out of stock. Out of stock products immediately and automatically disappear from our online catalog when they get sold out.
